This beautiful condo is located within the Lake Buckeye Condominiums which is a quite little community close to Polk State College, Downtown and more. Lake Buckeye is a Private Lake and not on the Chain of Lakes and is known for some great fishing and skiing. I use to ski and fish on this lake as a teenager.
There is a beautiful quite pool down by the lake, a nice smaller clubhouse and a dock on Lake Buckeye. It is a quite community and well maintained. The concrete block buildings were built to last. You better hurry, it will not last long!!!
