This is the latest addition to McBrayer Investment Trust luxury rentals. It was purchased 7/15/16 and is currently being rehabbed. It is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom concrete block home. There is a Florida room that was used as a bedroom. The property appraisers sight has it listed as a 3-1.5. The 1/2 bath has been converted and now has a shower in it. We may end up putting a tub/shower combo in?

New Flooring. But if I am able to save the Terrazzo Floors I will. But they will be resurfaced.

The bonus to this property is a shop / studio unit. It has its own power supply. It is 12' x 24' Metal building that has been finished out with drywall. There was someone living in it. It has a shower, toilet, sink and fridge. No cooking unit in there now. I don't think I will put a stove out there but a little convection over, microwave or combo.
This beautiful little shop has a nice wood deck that gets plenty of shade and the fence is designed to give it a separate fenced in yard from the house. Plus I put parking spaces off the alley and a private gate. There is also a metal shed that comes with it.
