Looking for a Roommate!!!
Welcome to the Chateau McBrayer, my 1965 41' Chateau Double Wide Manufactured Home. It is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom manufactured home approx: 1000 sq ft. and in very good condition. It is located in the quite 55 plus community of Lake Deer Mobile Hamlet Park. For this particular home I am looking for a roommate to share it with.
The potential roommate must be at least 45 years old, per park rules, and able to pass a background check and credit check, which is done by the park. There is a $50 charge for the service. If they do not approve you? then I will not be able to sign a lease to you. A lot of the decision depends on the park and what the reports say. But I do trust them. Every owner and resident has to go through the same process. And that includes myself.
My potential roommate and I will share access to the home with the exception to the bedrooms. The home is furnished and also has a washer and dryer. Water is included in the rent and we will split the electric bill. I am willing to split a DSL bill but I am not interested in a cable tv service. I am not there that much. But if it is a package deal I will entertain the deal.
The home will be ready to rent on the 2/15/17 but it could take up to 15 days to 20 days to be approved or not approved by the park. Generally they do it faster, but they do state it could take 15 to 20 days. So if you are interested in being my roommate? Here are the steps.
1. Contact me and let us have a conversation about what you are looking for and when?
2. If things look good from our conversations? You will want to print out the Lake Deer Mobile Hamlet Application and then we will either meet at the office or I will have you go on your own and meet with them.
3. We wait and see what they say? It could take up to 15 to 20 days, or sooner depending on what the reports and having the necessary individuals look at the reports.
