The Oaks A Condominium - To me, this is a great condo!!! It is because of its location and the history of that area is close to it. I call it a Lake Howard Condo because you can see the lake from the living room, kitchen, Master Bedroom and out door common grounds. As you can see from the photos, it is approximately 150 yards away from the lake. This is a recent purchase of my own and I just closed on it and listed it for rent. Let me tell you, it did not take long to rent. Now I can see it might be helpful to get on the HOA Board there. They could use a little help.
It is around 807 sq ft an has been mostly updated. The kitchen cabinets still need to be replaced. It is a cute 2 bedroom - 1 bathroom condo, and the bathroom has recently been updated and looks nice. There are newer appliances in the kitchen and updated laminate floors. I think only one tenant has lived there since it was updated.
This condo is very centrally located right off of Lake Howard on Ave F Nw, Winter Haven, FL, 33881. Now I really like the Lake Howard area and how Centrally located it is to everything. Most things you will need are within walking distance or biking distance. The New Upgraded Down Town Winter Haven is about a 10 minute walk. And this condo is right off of 6th street or US 17.
You are very close to the Historic Subdivision of Interlaken and can take nice strolls through the neighborhood or take a walk or bike around the new Lake Howard Trail being built. And the Winter Haven Terminal and city park are about two blocks in the other direction. Location, location, location. This is are most affordable property!! I do not expect it to last long at all.
**We are new owners here and will work on addressing some issues with the outside of the building. It just needs some basic cleaning and a little maintenance. We will work on it.**
