Hello everyone, Capt 420 here of Rock Your Island. Music Chat & More. This page is designed for New Bands as well as established ones. Team RYI loves to support local bands that are just starting out and could use a little air time and some media coverage. We try to give some live plugs to the bands as well as play their music. We try to provide links to keep up with them and what they have going on. As a new band the funds can be kind of tight o we try to provide a low cost way to help them out. I do free plugs and stuff for bands I really like. LOL. So if you are a new up and coming band please feel free to send us some info and music you would like played. Please send the music in MP3 format if possible. They get played quicker. LOL. Shaved Hamster is the first band Team RYI is adding to its Web Site. A local band out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I am not going to get into a lot detail on them, other then they are a great sounding band. All the info you will need is located on their site below.
